NexGen Health and Wellness offers physicals for all sports and recreational activities.

 A pre-participation physical examination is required by some schools and recreational clubs to determine whether or not a child (or adult) is physically able to participate in a sport safely. NexGen Health and Wellness can perform sports physicals for all of you or your child’s needs.
